ESCOFFIER SOCIETY: The Escoffier Society recognizes the generosity of donors who have included the Foundation in their estate plan, as well as those who have pledged or contributed a minimum of $10,000. This special recognition is named for Alfred Escoffier, City Librarian from 1992-2009 and a champion for the establishment of the Burlingame Library Foundation. CHARITABLE BEQUESTS: Designate a charitable bequest for the Burlingame Library Foundation in your will or living trust. Make a will or trust at no cost using Freewill.
BENEFICIARY DESIGNATION: Name the Burlingame Library Foundation as a beneficiary of a retirement plan, life insurance policy or bank account. The balance of your retirement plan may be more valuable when donated to the Burlingame Library Foundation than to your heirs.
CHARITABLE REMAINDER TRUSTS: Provide an income for yourself or a loved one now, with the remainder assigned to the Burlingame Library Foundation.
