Annual Campaign
Each year, the Foundation launches a campaign to support its fundraising efforts. Have you seen“Whooo” our mascot is this year?
Book Sales
Books are on sale in the Foundation bookshop on the main level by the café, to the left of the circulation desk. The Burlingame Library Foundation has BIG book sales twice a year as well as pop-up events and online sales through platforms like Amazon, eBay and many more.
Events & Speaker Series
All support generated from the Speaker Series enables us to provide critical funding for programming, technology, and collections enhancement at the Burlingame Public Library. This is a truly fun way for corporate sponsors to step up and get involved!
Donations
Funds from the Burlingame Library Foundation benefit every library user. They also extend and strengthen the library’s role within the community. While the City pays for the library’s basic expenses such as salaries and materials, Foundation support supplements that funding in areas where the library deems it will have the greatest impact.
